Year 1998
Strategic Alliance Partnership between Diethelm Malaysia Sdn Bhd and a local company for the distribution of Pharmaceuticals in Brunei Darussalam.

Year 2000
Pharmatech was formed to concentrate on the distribution of Pharmaceuticals.

Year 2006
Pharmatech Sdn Bhd was bought over by two locals to form Medipharm Sdn Bhd seeing the potential in the pharmaceutical industry.

In the same year, Medipharm Sdn Bhd signed an agreement with DKSH Malaysia Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Diethelm Malaysia Sdn Bhd) to strengthen their partnership.
